This year as the arts have had to come back from their most challenging year ever, The Powder Group is honored to presents a very special program to support our favorite arts organization — Provincetown Arts Association and Museum (PAAM) — through something we all love at TPG – lipstick!
This spring, The Powder Group once again partnered with Three Custom Color (3CC) to create a special lipstick to support PAAM. The special shade, TPG PAAM 2021, was developed by makeup artist Liz Fuller in partnership with 3CC co-founder Chad Hayduk and TPG Director of Artistry, James Vincent. 100% of the proceeds from sales of the shade TPG PAAM 2021 — a vibrant, cherry popsicle red in a sheer formulation that leaves a beautiful pink/red sheer stain on the lip or cheek – will go directly to PAAM to support their endeavors in education.
“I am so honored to have been able to collaborate with Chad, James and Three Custom Color to create this very special lipstick shade to benefit PAAM” said makeup artist and TPG Pro member Liz Fuller “l love that all of the sales from the purchase of this lipstick will go directly to PAAM, and will help promote education of the arts, bring social/cultural awareness to the community and to all those who visit, and provide artistic enrichment via exhibits, lectures, classes and workshops, and various other events hosted by PAAM.”
This marks the fourth such collaboration between TPG and PAAM in addition to other support partnerships between the two organizations. “The incredible collaboration with The Powder Group over the past 13 years is a testament to true partnership. The lipstick collaboration is one of my personal favorites.” said PAAM CEO, Chris McCarthy, “What a fantastic way to connect the arts of Provincetown to the artistry of the amazing makeup artist community that we’ve come to love and respect so much over the years.”
A special photoshoot was done to celebrate the fundraising efforts and included 21 TPG Pro Members during the group’s recent Elevation program in Provincetown. Photographer and makeup artist Joe Dulude ll shot the images and each artist is wearing the lipstick with their own take and special twist on it.
TPG Founder, Michael DeVellis had this to say about the project. “PAAM is such an important part of Provincetown, the arts community and of so much that we do at The Powder Group. I’m honored to be able to continue to do our part to support one of the most community focused, artist-supportive, and generous arts organizations anywhere. TPG loves PAAM!”
TPG PAAM 2021 Lipstick retails for $16.00 for TPG Pro Members and $21.00 for non-members. Purchases of the TPG PAAM 2021 lipstick can be made in person at PAAM in Provincetown or online at www.tpgproshop.com and 100% of the selling price of the lipstick will go to support PAAM.
