Makeup artist extraordinaire Pat McGrath, launches her second highly anticipated color edition Phantom 002. After the success of the limited-edition gold pigment, which sold out in six minutes, the Phantom 002 edition is sure to go fast, with only 1,200 kits for sale.
The Phantom 002 kit, an eight piece collection consisting of two brushes, one gel liner, and a gold, blue, and copper eye pigments, a fuchsia eye blush, and black eye gloss. Everything you need to create a Pat McGrath signature look or an unique look of your own! Pat refers to this kit as “hardcore glamour — a punk femme fatale”. “Creativity is encouraged when using Phantom 002. Provided are the tools necessary to generate a look meant for hardcore revelry. Use without caution, don’t play it safe.” she told WWD, noting the colors can be used on lids, cheeks, and lips. Pat will also feature various ways to wear these products in what she calls “Mood Board Films” which she will post to her instagram account.
Pat is already busy at work on 003, and is also in works on a full cosmetic line under her own name. McGrath, no stranger to product development, not only working for Armani Beauty and Aveda in the past and also a creative design director for Proctor & Gamble’s Cover Girl and Max Factor brands.
